Seek to understand.

I believe in helping people who don’t
feel heard to regain a voice. That means working with both the ones unheard and the ones not hearing, to strengthen the compassion we all bring to the workplace.
Lighten with laughter.

There’s power in bringing lightness
to heavy situations. Humor can help
to deliver messages that are hard to
hear, and engage people in a new and different way.
Prioritize the truth.

Telling the truth takes courage, but to hide it is damaging. Acting in the client’s best interest means calling them out when they need it, and revealing insights that allow them to make the positive changes they’re seeking.

CORE VALUES
WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID
Paul Mareski
EVP, GLOBAL CLIENT LEADER, PUBLICIS GROUPE
"As a coach, Cait earned my trust immediately. She speaks the truth always and does so in a compassionate way. Her guidance helped transform my way of thinking, not just professionally, but in my everyday life."
Troy Covello
SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER, METRO BIKE SHARE
"I have been so fortunate to be coached by Cait and to be one of her very first clients. I quickly realized that much like therapy, the answers were for myself to find, and she was the guide to help me solve them. Her guidance has helped me in shape plans to level up and identify my next step in my career as well as explore options other than what I’ve been doing that are more rooted in my actual passion and what makes me excited to get up and do every day. Cait has really helped by guiding me to identify what it is that makes me unique, what I value, and how to get closer to that with my next career move. Highly recommend her for as your career spirit guide!"
Lisa
NON-PROFIT CONSULTANT,
VOLUNTEER TEAM LEADER
"In her long and illustrious career, Cait has counseled and supported communications professionals at all stages of their development. She is known for her honesty, her wisdom, her dry wit and her ability to help leaders and teams walk bravely through difficult situations, overcome impasses, and as a result, develop stronger teams. Now, as a Hudson trained executive coach, she has added another set of tools to her already impressive tool belt."

WHAT'S THE MEANING OF THE LOGO?
Ogham is an Early Medieval alphabet used primarily to write the early Irish language. Distinct letters correspond to the names of different trees thus, ogham is frequently referred to as the Celtic tree alphabet.

These symbols used in my logo represent the initials of my name, C and D. The representative trees are the Ash and the Hawthorne, both powerful trees in Celtic mythology.
